Neil
Neil Fotheringham, who founded the company in 2007, is a Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) top graded Instructor, Fleet trainer and ORDIT Registered Driving Instructor Trainer. Neil is highly experienced throughout the Driver Instructor and Fleet Training Profession. Neil specialises in teaching Learners to drive safely. He trains qualified drivers to become Approved Driving Instructors and Coaches and mentors ADI’s in developing their skills.(CPD). He is particularly active in Corporate Driver Risk Management throughout the UK emphasising the need for “Incident Avoidance”. Neil is especially interested in Driver behaviour and Fuel efficient driving.”
Bill
Bill Garety, formerly (DVSA) ADI Supervisor, has many years of experience within the Driver Instructor and Fleet Training Profession. As the ADI Supervisor Bill was responsible for ensuring that the standards were maintained for ADI’s on the register. Bill was also responsible for the development of ADI examiners, and for the development of the DVSA staff to test ADI’s for the new Standards Check. He now specialises in the development of ADI’s preparing for their Standards check with Chequered Flag.
Ray
Ray Thomson has a wealth of experience throughout the ADI and Fleet Training Profession. Ray specialises in Corporate Driver Risk Management throughout the UK. He was involved as a BMW Driver trainer in the London Olympics. He is a DVSA Advanced Driving Diploma Test Examiner and train and develops people who wish to qualify as an examiner for the DVSA. His areas of expertise include being a qualified Drink Driving Rehab Facilitator. With Chequered Flag, Ray is particularly interested in empowering drivers to proactively manage everyday road risk and minimise carbon footprint.
