Intensive Courses

These courses are designed to offer structured affordable training, regardless of your age or experience over one, two or three weeks. Choose from 15 hours to 54 hours.

Example:
Monday-Friday 09.30 – 12.30, i.e. 3 hours per day
Monday – Friday 13.30 – 16.30, i.e. 3 hours per day

How many hours will you need? It all depends on your aptitude, your confidence and your experience so far. Courses are tailored for the individual Learner but Chequered Flag offers the following suggestions as a guide.

  • Unsuccessful in a test: 12-15 hours may be all that is required to brush up your skills.
  • Complete novice: have never sat in the driver’s seat – 45 hours or more.
  • “Especially nervous”: need extra confidence in your ability – 50 hours or more.

If you still have no idea of your level, start with a 15 hour course to see how you “match” up. This can be followed by more hours if required.
